    Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for managing operational teams in dynamic emergency situations? If you thrive in a boots-on-the-ground role and have experience in either restoration or construction, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Emergency Mitigation Manager.

    This position involves leading field staff during emergency scenarios, and we welcome candidates with a background as supervisors, foremen, or managers in various industries.

    Your skills and leadership will be crucial in ensuring effective on-site responses and managing field operations to meet our company's objectives.

Collaborating closely with the Emergency Supervisor/Project Manager on-site, you confirm the emergency scope of work, considering mitigation possibilities. Concurrently, you manage and supervise the emergency and contents crew, ensuring effective coordination on job sites.

    Your commitment to excellence is further exemplified through the implementation of the company's Standard Operating Procedures for water remediation, mold, and asbestos, reinforcing a comprehensive and efficient approach to emergency mitigation.

    Extensive operational management experience and a deep understanding of industry best practices.
    ~ Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
