    Description

    As a skilled digital marketer, you know how to develop and execute successful strategies that elevate brands and surpass targets. Managing paid ads, social channels, websites – it's all part of your expertise. You're a driven, confident self-starter who's comfortable sharing new ideas and capable of getting things done well. Plus, you've honed your abilities within a B2B or B2C environment.

    We're pleased to partner with our client – a purpose-driven development company focused on healthcare and community projects – in their search for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This individual will support marketing efforts, including digital media strategies, to drive brand awareness and client engagement for various business units. About The Workplace This is a hybrid role that involves working 4 days/week from the Surrey, BC office. About The Role
    • Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with performance goals for areas of focus.
    • Manage and execute marketing activities, including social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook and/or LinkedIn ads), email marketing, websites, and other online platforms.
    • Monitor marketing activities and report on key performance metrics.
    • Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and website optimization to boost brand awareness.
    • Maintain a robust, consistent brand voice.
    • Stay current on industry trends and technology.
    • Propose and implement ideas for improving marketing strategy and overall company performance.
    The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, along with excellent extended health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, a health and wellness spending account, and more. About You
    • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role that involves social media, content marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and optimization (SEM + SEO)
    • Creative strategist with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to manage multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines
    • Passionate about visual design with a solid knowledge of graphic design tools
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, WordPress etc.)
    • Experience with optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with high attention to detail
    • Excellent planning, organization and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an asset
    • Experience in B2B and B2C is an asset
