    Who We're Looking For

    We're looking for a Sr. Technologist and BIM specialist to work closely with our Sr. Architects on various projects from inception through to completion. Project types include high-rises, adaptive-reuse and mixed-use developments. This position is for you if you're looking for an opportunity to lead and grow your skills.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Assemble construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration in REVIT, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.


    • Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keep current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills.


    • Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration working alongside architects.


    • Ensure all work meets Linebox standards for quality.

    Required Skills


    •     Architectural Technology Diploma or related Architecture education from a recognized institution - strong Revit skills


    • 7+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Designer


    • Currently living in Canada and 5+ years of experience working with building codes in Canada


    • A Revit portfolio including multi-family, high rise, mixed use demonstrating design excellence.


    • Knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements


    • Efficient working drawings productions and experience dealing with building permits.


    • Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office is an asset.


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


    • Team player able to work collaboratively.

    Work Arrangement

Our staff works in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
