- Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keep current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills.
- Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration working alongside architects.
- Ensure all work meets Linebox standards for quality.
- 7+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Designer
- Currently living in Canada and 5+ years of experience working with building codes in Canada
- A Revit portfolio including multi-family, high rise, mixed use demonstrating design excellence.
- Knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements
- Efficient working drawings productions and experience dealing with building permits.
- Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office is an asset.
- Our staff works in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Additionally, flexible start and end times are available if core hours are met.
