    The Field Area Manager is responsible for leading a dispersed team of Field Service Employees in contract execution across the Western Canadian provinces in a safe and cost effective manner.

    Our ideal candidate has an industrial or technical background preferably in water and wastewater treatment solutions with experience managing personnel.

    Lead a dispersed team of Field Service Employees within an assigned geography/contracts portfolio
    Manage contracts and operations at our customer sites to ensure a safe working condition, contract compliance, and financial performance
    Responsible for staffing and the development of Field Service Employees within your geography/contracts portfolio
    Responsible for operational metrics such as Environmental, Health and Safety performance, employee utilization, overtime and operational costs
    Leads operational & contract reviews with our customers on a regular basis

    Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments including heavy industrial facilities, light manufacturing facilities and commercial and institutional properties.

    Experience with large scale equipment commissioning and operations
    Previous Leadership experience with a dispersed field-based team
    Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Google suite of applications.

    BS degree in a technical field - for example Chemistry, or Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or five years' experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water, wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related field
    Valid driver's license
