This team sets the vision and strategy for how lululemon will show up around the globe as a train brand, a men's brand and a footwear brand.
We're expert strategists, collaborators, and advocates who partner with Regional, Channel, Creative, and Product teams to bring to life product and brand campaigns and train and mens and footwear activations globally.
As Brand Manager/strategist, you will be responsible for bringing lululemon brand to our guests through various initiatives and campaigns across a variety of channels.
You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and global partners to develop and execute integrated global brand initiatives.
You are the internal connectors within the brand team and the go to person to initiate campaigns that deliver into the brand vision.
This role will focus on campaigns, initiatives and strategies supporting our all-gender Train business, all-gender Footwear business and our over arching Men's business.
Brand Manager in creating briefs for assigned Global initiativesBrand Manager and Brand specialist to drive the campaign development process for Global initiatives; Partner with Channel and Creative teams to create disruptive and innovative campaigns that meet the requirements of the brief
Partner with Brand Insights and Analytics to provide a POV on campaign efficacy
Responsible for creating the playbooks and guardrails to maintain a consistent voice across all brand drivers that is both locally relevant, reflective of the positioning and lives into the lululemon brand
Manage the budget for all initiatives and /or global campaigns with support from Brand Specialist, including reconciling actuals against forecast
Manage and track global platform brand objectives and KPIs
Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance.
Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $81,500-107,00- CAD annually ; As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
