    We are currently on the lookout for an IP Litigation Lawyer to join our Toronto team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Trademark and Patent Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to work on cutting-edge IP matters alongside seasoned attorneys.

    The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of expertise in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, including motion practice and agreement preparation. Your track record should show meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients and opposing counsel
    • Analyze and summarize legal documents
    • Support attorneys and staff within the department
    • Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents

    Job Requirements:

    • Proficient in trademark intellectual property
    • Strong grasp of intellectual property concepts
    • Prior experience in intellectual property litigation preferred
    • Expertise in patent intellectual property
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
    • Excellent academic background and references
    • Licensed attorney, called to the Bar in Ontario
    • Keen eye for detail and ability to follow standard procedures
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities
