    Description

    Are you an accomplished Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer looking to make a significant impact? We're seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to spearhead plaintiff files from inception to resolution.

    Through various social events and bring your dog to work days on Fridays (pre and post COVID), we pride ourselves on being a workplace that team members enjoy coming to.

    We don't want people who just want a short-term "job". This is another reason we offer a pension plan

    We aim to provide the highest possible standard of legal service in each of our offices and to maintain that level of quality at every point of contact.

    Independently manage plaintiff cases, collaborating with law clerks/paralegals to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
    Supervise and delegate tasks to law clerks/paralegals effectively.
    Continuously engage in legal education and professional development to enhance litigation skills.
    Strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring cases move towards resolution consistently.
    Proficient in all aspects of litigation, including client management and trial preparation.
    Exceptional soft skills and emotional intelligence, fostering effective collaboration.
