- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top management talent.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through phone screenings, inperson interviews, and competencybased evaluations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Negotiate job offers, coordinate offer approvals, and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including timetofill, costperhire, and candidate quality.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on hiring for management roles
- Proven Track Record:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and professional networks.
