- Ability to determine appropriate methods for completion of varying welding projects.
- Ability to generate cost proposals based on information provided from blueprints, site visits, samples parts and interactions with customer representatives.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a necessity.
- Previous hands-on welding experience an asset.
- Basic knowledge of machining techniques an asset (but not required).
