In support of TELUS' vision to become a Premier Sales Organization (PSO), we are a global center of excellence for sales best practices and called upon for modernization, quality assessments and consulting/advisory support.

You are excited by the opportunity to join a high-performing sales enablement team that is fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative.

You are eager to learn more about sales enablement and want to be challenged with new tasks and responsibilities that provide value to a broad set of stakeholders in our sales organizations.


Here's how:


  • Coordinate training schedules and prepare attendance reports for various sales enablement programs
  • Provide planning and support assistance for periodic regional and annual national events such as Sales Summit and Leadership Development forums
  • Support our Project Management Office in the production of our sales monthly operational reviews by ensuring business stakeholders contribute in a timely fashion
  • Support procurement processes through SAP Fieldglass SOWs, Purchase Orders & invoicing process
  • Monitor vendor SOWs for consumption, end dates and proactively provide updates to leadership
  • Track new TELUS sales executives and sales leaders to ensure smooth system, tool and program access
  • Support administration tasks of sales technology tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, QUIP, and Highspot

Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn
  • Highly organized and processoriented
  • Techsavvy
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Great-to-haves

  • Experience or past exposure to B2B sales
  • Bilingual (English & French)
