About The Role

MOD LIGHTING is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced digital strategist to work alongside our agency partners to drive growth and engagement through social, email, and content channels. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine data-driven, actionable strategy with creative, engaging content and social media management. If you are passionate about luxury home decor and have experience growing brands through effective marketing, we would love to connect.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a marketing calendar encompassing scheduled promotions, marketing activities, and creative asset requirements.
Prepare campaign briefs for integrated campaigns across Paid Media, Social, Email, and other channels.
Coordinate between internal stakeholders and agency partners to create efficient and organized processes and ensure campaign deadlines and objectives are met.
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok) with authentic and engaged followers.
Oversight and manage our influencers sourcing to generate engaging content, campaigns and giveaways.
Coordinate with creative production partners to produce photography and video content to fulfill marketing requirements.
Plan and manage PR and communications campaigns to build brand awareness.
Prepare and present reports to leadership on the performance of all marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Skills:

4+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably in eCommerce or a marketing agency.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field / equivalent real-world work experience.
A proven track record of successful, data-driven marketing strategy and execution focused on performance and growth.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Influencer sourcing and management experience is a plus
Working knowledge of tools such as Klaviyo, Figma, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Knowledge and experience with Graphic Design, Photography and Videography is an asset.

Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000
