- Assurer la location de locaux vacants (bureaux, magasins)
- Assurer la gestion du relationnel auprès de locataires externes (travaux, gestion des baux et charges)
- Assurer le relationnel auprès des bailleurs (gestion des loyers et charges, gestion des états des lieux, identifier les propriétaires-vendeurs et analyser les projets d'achats afin d'acquérir des biens jusqu'à présent loués par les clients)
- Effectuer des visites régulières du parc et identifier les travaux à mettre en œuvre sur le parc immobilier existant des clients et présenter les dossiers au responsable hiérarchique
- Assurer des tâches de gestion courante (participation aux assemblées générales)
- Assurer la gestion de projet immobilier (réhabilitation de logement, construction de bâtiment)
- Assurer le relationnel auprès des différents partis (mairie, voisinage)

Afin d'accompagner l'Univers NOZ dans son développement et la conduite de nombreux projets, nous recrutons un : Asset Manager H/F
Missions :
Assurer la gestion stratégique du parc immobilier des sociétés clientes afin de préserver et faire fructifier leurs intérêts.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration auprès de plusieurs services spécialisés (travaux, maintenance, assurance, gestion des espaces verts, gestion des déchets...)
Profil recherché
Profil recherché :
Vous possédez au minimum une année d'expérience et êtes titulaire du Permis B .
Les outils bureautiques n'ont plus de secrets pour vous.
Vous possédez des connaissances sur les bases de l'immobilier commercial .
On dit de vous que vous êtes rigoureux et réactif.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et possédez une certaine aisance relationnelle.
Vous possédez un tempérament commercial, savez prendre des initiatives et êtes capable d'anticiper.
Poste basé à Laval
Déplacements fréquents sur l'ensemble du parc national (2 par semaine en moyenne)
