    Description

    Adecco recherche actuellement un professionnel bilingue en gestion d'actifs pour un contrat de 6 mois à Montréal ou à Saguenay, QC. Le poste implique de soutenir des projets, de mener des études d'analyse et de construire des partenariats efficaces au sein de l'organisation. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience en gestion de la maintenance, sera parfaitement bilingue et possédera une expertise en maintenance préventive et prédictive.

    • Lieu: Montréal ou Saguenay, QC
    • Salaire: $90-$100/heure.
    • Horaires: Lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00
    • Type d'emploi: Contrat de 6 mois | Temps plein

    Responsabilités:

    • Se concentrer sur l'industrie des métaux et de l'extraction minière, en collaborant avec diverses équipes au service des clients.
    • Gérer des projets, des activités, des plans et des calendriers associés aux livrables et aux jalons.
    • Mener des études d'analyse dans les domaines de la maintenance, de la fiabilité, de l'hygiène et des systèmes de gestion.
    • Analyser les données, évaluer les résultats et élaborer des recommandations et des feuilles de route.
    • Établir et maintenir des partenariats efficaces avec les principaux leaders interfonctionnels.
    • Éduquer et coacher les membres de l'équipe projet, les sponsors et les leaders fonctionnels.
    • Recommander de nouveaux outils ou des pratiques de gestion du changement révisées.
    • Capacité à voyager 75 % du lundi au jeudi.

    Exigences:

    • 3 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de la maintenance ou en conseil.
    • 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans les industries manufacturières.
    • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie minière.
    • Expertise dans les pratiques et les systèmes de maintenance.
    • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou équivalent.
    • Parfait bilinguisme avec expérience dans les opérations québécoises.
    • Solides compétences en communication en anglais et en français.
    • Certification CMRP préférée.
    • Connaissance pratique des systèmes de maintenance courants.
    • Maîtrise ou MBA préféré.
    • Doit être légalement admissible à travailler et résider au Canada.
