Trotman Auto Group would like to invite Administrative Assistants who pride themselves on their attention to detail, their communication style and level of integrity.
Supporting the CFO office, the Administrative Assistant is not your everyday assistant position.This is a challenging and fast-paced role in a friendly and supportive environment where every week is different and exciting.
This role is extremely diverse and welcomes an individual who enjoys being part of a growing company and in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time; 5 days per week
Salary:
$45- $50k per annum plus bonus incentives
What you'll do:
- Manage general office administration
- Provide administrative support for various awards programs
- Coordinate technology and develop automation of existing processes and tasks
- Maintenance and upkeep of paper and electronic files and other documentation assistance
- Use Microsoft Office to prepare documents, including spreadsheets, letters and presentations
- Assist with research activities and compile information related to special projects
- Additional duties as assigned by management
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and demonstrated knowledge of office administrative procedures and manual/electronic filing systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Tech Savvy and proficient with Google Suite (Gmail Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.) and MS Office
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence.
- A peoplefirst mentality and the ability to anticipate needs and preferences
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and also as a member of a team
