Job Duties

  • Develop collaborative relationships with patients in order to help determine appropriate treatment in response to their concerns.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of client information and recommendation in client files
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and develop a lasting rapport with clients, ensuring that they remain highly satisfied with treatments and clinic experience
  • Able to close thhe deal and upsel to achieve target.

Qualifications:


  • A comprehensive knowledge of skin health, skincare, medical devices and the aesthetics industry in general are all assets to this position along with strong sales and closing skills.
  • You should be a person who loves interacting with people and combines warmth with excellent communication skills.
  • This is a feelgood position that requires empathy and a sincere desire to help improve people's confidence by providing the right procedures to address their body, skin, or antiaging goals.
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a large team
  • Selfdirected, responsible and punctual
  • Good judgement
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Available to work varied hours and days
  • Car required as you may need to travel between our two locations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 3 years (required)

- medical spa: 3 years (required)
