Regional Sales Director (Alberta South & Manitoba) Purpose of role
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the MGA channel.
Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new businessLead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clients
Able to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services
Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results
Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales
Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars
Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products
