    TalentSphere has partnered with an established market leader in the building materials/ construction industry.

    Our client is a distributor and carries a comprehensive product line and supports customers through a knowledgeable inside sales department, an outside sales team and on-line ordering system.

    Bring a creative approach to leading, managing and growing the branch revenue

    Planning, implementing, and improving short and long-term strategies to grow the business through increasing volume, increasing profit margin, increasing market share.

    Develop and implement programs to improve the quality of service and delivery to meet customer expectations.
    Hiring, discipline and succession planning.
    Keep up to date with industry and market trends, the stakeholders, and regulations.
    Membership & involvement in industry community.
    Identify needs for continued branch success re: staffing, products, technology, marketing etc.
    Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant work experience
    ~Strong computer software skills – MS Office, CRM, with strong analytical abilities
