General Responsibilities:

Operates in crowded, fastpaced working environments, and exercises extreme caution with awareness of potential situational hazards to ensure site safety.
Performs effective and safe operation of equipment.
Recognizes existing and potential hazards and knows how to identify these through conducting a fieldlevel prejob hazard analysis, checking the machine for hazards, and assessing any tasks before starting.
Responsible for the installation of different types/sizes of pipes e.g. Storm, water, and sewer pipe
Responsible for the movement of pipe and placing gravel at specified grades
Assist with backfill and compacting of excavation

Experience/Qualifications:

23 or more years of running a Mainline Excavator
Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required.
High attention to detail is required.
Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.
Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
Must have your own transportation.
Must have own steeltoes safety boots.
Seasonal, fulltime, and weekends
