    Job Summary

    WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

    We are searching for outgoing, motivated, and energetic individuals who aspire to kickstart their career in aviation. Our dynamic airport environment is ideal for those who thrive in staying active, tackling challenges, and delivering outstanding customer service.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality customer service
    • Check-in and assist passengers for flights
    • Handle pre-flight procedures and assist passengers with special needs
    • Oversee baggage handling and assist with mishandled baggage
    • Respond to passenger inquiries via various channels
    • Maintain accurate records and uphold customer service standards
    • Participate in Porter's Safety Management System

    Other Duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Authorized to work permanently in Canada
    • Customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
    • Knowledge of baggage services handling procedures preferred
    • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
    • Team player with a positive track record in handling difficult situations
    • Dependable with a clear attendance record
    • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Capable of working 20-30 hours per week (part-time)
    • Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly
    • Adherence to all company policies
    • Clear and precise communication skills in English
