- Deliver high quality care by assessing, screening, prescribing, and providing therapeutic care for patients as necessary.
- Perform comprehensive health assessments using sound clinical judgment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Provide clinical care for patients with erectile dysfunction including shockwave therapy, a non-invasive treatment creating a series of low energy acoustic wave pulsations through the patient's skin. Training on equipment usage will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care, and with the ability to effectively work with diversity and appreciate that people with different opinions, backgrounds and characteristics.
- Current certificate of registration as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of recent nursing experience is required.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Master of Science (Nursing) or in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- An ability to conduct clients' interviews and examinations, develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, while integrating evidence-based health promotion practices.
