    We are searching for a Manager of Data Engineering and Analytics, to lead our team of talented data professionals.

    Our data platform powers both customer and business success and you will be managing the teams that drive that impact every day.

    You will manage the people who are responsible for delivering trusted, robust, and valuable data assets that are used across the business.

    We apply software engineering best practices to our data, leveraging dbt with CI/CD to build, test, and deploy changes to our data models.

    The analytics team is responsible for the core data models, our Unified Analytics Model, that allow us to understand and evolve our business.

    The team is also responsible for ensuring that all teams can create and access data sets in a way that is useful and consistent.

    Your team of data scientists are responsible for applying data science to the most challenging or strategically impactful questions that we have.

    Hire, retain, and grow a talented group of data analysts and data scientists.
    # Be accountable for the delivery of new data assets and for improving and evolving existing ones.
    # Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, product managers, and others to iterate on a data strategy that supports the needs of our rapidly growing business.
    # Work closely with business stakeholders in Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Customer Experience to design and deliver valuable data and data science models to drive business results.
    # Cultivate a high performance mindset, setting high standards and clear expectations.
    # Be an advocate for maintaining high quality and highly maintainable data assets through best practices and standards.
    # Drive improvements in process, code quality, and delivery cadence across the team.

    You have passion for leading others and helping them to grow. You will be communicating with senior leadership across the company. Experience leading a high performing data team. Understanding of modern software development practices and how they apply in the context of a data platform. Experience with data tools and platforms; Proficient in SQL; Experience with Python tools for data science. Ability to work effectively with a remote team across multiple time zones. 7+ years of experience in engineering or engineering leadership.
