What is the opportunity:

What will you do:

Record, track, document, and escalate end user issues using ITIL processes and incident management software. Monitor issues for trends and escalate as appropriate.
Document and conduct technical testing for problems, resolutions, patches, and upgrades with IT team and vendors.
Other duties as required

What you need to succeed:

Student in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Business Analysis
Strong customer service focus
Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of ITIL processes especially incident and problem management
Working knowledge of current Web technologies such as SQL, GITHub, DevOps
Highly selfmotivated with a keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
Ability to work both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
