    Description du poste

    Résumé des fonctions
    Le titulaire du poste fournit un service à la clientèle pour les appels entrants et détermine la nature de l'appel ou de la demande. Il communique quotidiennement avec les clients à l'interne et à l'externe par téléphone, par télécopieur et par courriel. Le titulaire du poste saisit et traite les envois nationaux et internationaux, conformément aux politiques d'UPS et des gouvernements locaux.

    Responsabilités:
    • Filtre les appels entrants.
    • Entre des données avec précision dans les systèmes d'UPS à l'intérieur de délais précis
    • Vérifie et transmet la documentation juridique.
    • Fournit un soutien administratif à l'équipe de direction.

    Compétences requises:
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication.
    • Vitesse de frappe précise de plus de 40 mots par minute
    • Capacité à travailler rapidement et sous haute pression
    • Être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible
