    In the role of Data Governance Program Team Lead, you'll be able to have a direct impact on the data strategy and operations Behaviour. In addition to contributing to the vision and implementation of the program, you'll work with the rest of the team's leadership to ensure the constant evolution of our internal practices.
    **In this role you will**:
    - Be the Owner of the Data governance framework, be responsible for the development and execution of the policies;
    - Develop and define the Data Governance roadmap activities and implementation plans;
    - Advise and lead practices from design to implementation to ensure effective management of classification, handling, and availability of information;
    - Provide guidance and support for all content and information configuration settings and processes as applicable;
    - Promote consistency, quality, integrity, and accessibility of shared data and information. Drive alignment around metric definitions and business rules;
    - Conduct knowledge and research and analysis and stay current on industry standards, leading practices, trends, and assess the relevance and implications;
    - Create and deliver the training of employees in data management & governance practices and encourage a knowledge-sharing culture;
    - Provide Data governance and stewardship support, including data quality, data lineage, and data change management;
    - Lead the communication for Data Governance awareness building and workflows, including comprehension building of related policies;
    - Lead and coordinate the activities and members of established committees (Data Council & Steering Committee). Build an engaging and encouraging environment for its members.
    **What we're looking for**:
    - This is a lead role: you have experience managing a team or mentoring people;
    - You have worked on a Data Governance program, its implementation and/or execution;
    - You have expertise in the data world, as a data analyst, data engineer, data scientist, or any data-related position;
    - You are organized and structured, and you know how to prioritize your tasks;
    - Data quality is very important for you and you understand its impact on business;
    - You have at least 6 years of experience working with data;
    - You have skills to analyze processes and workflows.
    **Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:
    - Être responsable du cadre de gouvernance des données et être chargé du développement et de l'exécution des politiques;
    - Élaborer et définir les activités de la feuille de route de la gouvernance des données et les plans de mise en œuvre;
    - Conseiller et diriger les pratiques de la conception à la mise en œuvre pour assurer une gestion efficace de la classification, de la manipulation et de la disponibilité des informations;
    - Fournir des orientations et un soutien pour tous les paramètres de configuration et processus de contenu et d'information, le cas échéant;
    - Promouvoir la cohérence, la qualité, l'intégrité et l'accessibilité des données et informations partagées. Favoriser l'alignement autour des définitions de métriques et des règles commerciales;
    - Effectuer des recherches et des analyses pour se tenir au courant des normes de l'industrie, des meilleures pratiques, des tendances et évaluer leur pertinence et leurs implications;
    - Créer et dispenser des formations aux employés sur les pratiques de gestion et de gouvernance des données et encourager une culture de partage des connaissances;
    - Fournir un soutien à la gouvernance et à la responsabilité des données, y compris la qualité des données, la généalogie des données et la gestion des modifications des données.
    - Apporter une expertise en matière de stratégie de l'information et de développement des normes;
    - Assurer la communication pour sensibiliser à la gouvernance des données et aux flux de travail, y compris la compréhension des politiques connexes;
    - Diriger et coordonner les activités et les membres des comités établis (Conseil des données et Comité directeur). Créer un environnement stimulant et encourageant pour ses membres.
    **Ce que nous recherchons**:
    - Il s'agit d'un rôle de gestionnaire : vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe ou le mentorat de personnes;
    - Vous avez travaillé sur un programme de gouvernance des données, sa mise en œuvre et/ou son exécution;
    - Vous avez une expertise dans le domaine des données, en tant qu'analyste de données, ingénieur de données, scientifique des données ou tout autre poste lié aux données;
    - Vous êtes organisé(e) et structuré(e), et vous savez hiérarchiser vos tâches;
    - La qualité des données est très importante pour vous et vous en comprenez l'impact sur l'activité;
    - Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans le trav
