    Description

    Job Description:

    Provides top-notch customer service and portfolio management for lending services, supporting a team of Private Bankers. Offers expert advice for credit analysis, structuring, decisions, and portfolio monitoring. Identifies opportunities for cross-selling and prepares business proposals for clients. Participates in client meetings and assists with account opening documentation. Recommends process improvements for efficiency and service levels. Resolves client inquiries promptly and supports sales and service activities. Maintains detailed knowledge of private banking services and lending procedures.

    • Assists with client communications
    • Recommends workflow process improvements
    • Ensures timely resolution of client inquiries
    • Performs sales & service support activities as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of relevant experience
    • Bilingual in French and English
    • Credit Qualification required
    • Commercial Loan and Underwriting experience mandatory
    • In-depth knowledge of credit products and processes
    • Proficiency in personal and commercial credit products
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
    • Data driven decision making

    This position demands proficiency in English for interactions outside Quebec.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    $54,500.00 - $101,500.00

    Salaried
