We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist to join our
Sales and Marketing Team.


Treasure Hill is an award-winning home builder of new single-detached family homes and townhomes in communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Director of Marketing and Manager of Sales and Marketing


Responsible for publishing written and visual content to support Treasure Hill's sales and marketing initiatives, optimize the marketing funnels to improve performance, and communicate the results to management.


In addition, the following skills are required:

1. Search engine optimization (SEO) - must possess advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns.


2. Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) - expected to deliver profitable PPC campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads and paid social advertising.


3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - expected to use CRO to optimize the company's marketing funnels and improve landing page conversion rate.


4. Data Analysis - use data analytics to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance.


6. Social Media Marketing - expected to be an expert in growing high-quality followers and building engagement across the four main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


7. Content Marketing - should be familiar with the process of content marketing and how to create contentthat is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences.


8. Digital PR - focus on developing and increasing online presence through high-quality backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives that elevate status and brand exposure online.


9. Website CMS - To fulfill their website administration and content publishing responsibilities, the digital marketing specialist should be an expert in website content management systems, especially WordPress.


10. HTML & CSS - Familiar with HTML and CSS in order the make changes to a website, customize and perform content experiments, and design landing pages on their own.


Qualifications

  • Education_
  • Postsecondary education in Digital Marketing or related discipline
  • Skills_
  • Experience in new home sales and construction industry
  • Keen understanding of websites interface and UI/UX
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding
  • Working knowledge of Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills.
  • Able to multitask, work, and prioritize projects effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible team player, multitasker, and creative problemsolver.
  • Effective and professional leadership, interpersonal, communication, timemanagement, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to be a team player, relationship builder, and company representative.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate the value of our communities.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
