    They're seeking an innovative and driven Product Lead ready to spearhead and drive the development and growth of their cutting-edge mobile app product with their dynamic property tech startup.


    As a Product Lead, you will manage the team to conceptualize, design and introduce features to deliver maximum value for homeowners, buyers, & sellers.

    Own QA processes to ensure the product meets goals, quality standards, and project requirements.

    3+ years of relevant product experience as a Product Manager or Lead in mobile app products with a strong focus on building user habits and engagement.

    Driven with a track record of building and growing innovative consumer-focused products, ideally with a high-growth company.
    Extensive hands-on experience in data discovery, extraction, and analysis.
    Proficiency in working with databases is highly desirable.
    A proven track record of success in building and scaling innovative consumer-focused mobile products.

    Intimate knowledge of developing product roadmaps, user segmentation, A/B testing, and general frameworks for product growth and best practices.

    Along with leadership skills to provide guidance and collaborate with UI/UX designers to effectively complete product specifications.
    Strong project management skills that help you lead the project across the finishing line.
    Data-driven: Your passion for data matches your analytical mindset.
    Our client is a remote-first company.
    This is a full-time, permanent, remote position anywhere in Canada.
