    Project Manager Automation
    On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, Procom is seeking a project manager - automation.

    Project Manager Automation - Job Responsibilities

    Automation expertise:
    Execute automation and improvement initiatives across the banking portfolio for Portfolio team

    Budgeting & Finance:

    Monitor the BCMA technology group's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with the bank's objectives.

    Manage and coordinate staffing/financials for cross-functional projects. Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making processes.

    Resource Analysis:
    Analyze resource statistics and data, identifying trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

    Strategic Alignment:
    Collaborate with technology leadership and stakeholders to set, communicate, and execute the strategic direction of the group.

    Organizational Strategy:
    Support in creating strategies to optimize team structures, processes, and workflows.

    Collaboration Enhancement:
    Foster an environment of collaboration and transparency across teams. Streamline communication and information flow between different groups, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

    Executive Reporting:
    support in preparing regular updates for higher managers on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the technology group. Prepare and deliver executive presentations, reports, and briefings on critical matters.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Support and act as a liaison between the technology group and other groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall performance of the technology group. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

    Project Manager Automation - Required Skills

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strong automation skills Excel, VBA,power queries, python, SQL, and powershell
    • Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong understanding of technology trends and the financial sector's demands.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in using data analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
    • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Proficient understanding of resourcing, talent acquisition, and hiring strategies.
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the capability to thrive in ambiguity.
    • A strategic mindset with the capacity to think critically and contribute innovative ideas to the organization.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of relevant experience
    • Strong automation skills Excel, VBA,power queries, python, SQL, and powershell
    • Experience in working with large banks or financial institutions is a plus.
    • Proven track record in technology transformation and change management.
    • PMP, PgMP, or other similar project management certifications
