    Payroll Advisor – Team Lead – Newly created role

    Are you looking for a new role that offers a career path to the next level?

    You

    • Have 3+ years processing full cycle payroll (250+ employees)
    • Have 1+ years of supervisory experience that includes performance and work flow management
    • Have completed or are enrolled in the Payroll Compliance Practitioner Program
    • Have well developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Regularly work with managers to resolve payroll related matters
    • Enjoy being part of a team ensuring everyone's success
    • Understanding accounting for payroll and perform reconciliations & payroll related reporting
    • Are looking for a diverse and fast paced role
    • Are interested in being groomed for a manager level position.
