Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Sourcing and qualifying quality leads for the Account Executives and sales team.
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of NetSuite solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
  • Maintaining and updating client records
  • Identifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, seeking projects, determining requirements, and creating potential solutions.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
  • Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means
  • Create proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing company products
  • Maintain positive growth in your market area and conduct market research
  • Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
  • Get in front of potential problems in order to minimize potential loss
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and collaboration through adhoc projects for various departments
  • Utilize senior staff for training and guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in business or marketing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Sales or marketing related work or coop experience
  • Coachable, selfmotivated, creative, and resilient
  • Wellrounded with varied interests, background, and experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
  • Selfstarter and problem solver
  • Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
