Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Sourcing and qualifying quality leads for the Account Executives and sales team.
- Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of NetSuite solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Identifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, seeking projects, determining requirements, and creating potential solutions.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay uptodate with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
- Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means
- Create proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing company products
- Maintain positive growth in your market area and conduct market research
- Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
- Get in front of potential problems in order to minimize potential loss
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity and collaboration through adhoc projects for various departments
- Utilize senior staff for training and guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree in business or marketing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Sales or marketing related work or coop experience
- Coachable, selfmotivated, creative, and resilient
- Wellrounded with varied interests, background, and experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
- Selfstarter and problem solver
- Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
