_An excellent opportunity with a quickly growing, dynamic business _The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented _Business Development Coordinator_ for our Ford location in Richmond, BC.

- Responsibilities_
- Contact customers to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Will be responsible for covering the reception during the lunchtime period and cover the switchboard if needed.
- Perform outbound postservice customer experience/satisfaction phone calls/texts the following day of servicing their vehicle.
- Handling and filling the documents as needed.
- Keep detailed notes in PBS Customer File "workplan" of all interactions made.
- Promote positivity when speaking to our customers and encourage repeat business.
- Make phone calls to customers to book recall work that could be completed on their current vehicle, working with the parts team on restricted parts.
- Contact special order parts when required, and if parts have not arrived, rebook customer appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Skills_
- One (1) year of experience working as an appointment coordinator/business development coordinator in a dealership setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone conduct.
- Strong computer skills.
- Detailoriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Excellent critical thinking & problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues.
- Proven ability to work cohesively with team members, other managers & departments as part of a team.
