    Description
    Under the supervision of the Technical Maintenance Manager, you will perform tasks such as:

    1. General plumbing tasks to repair sinks, toilets, tubs and showers
    2. Maintain areas of the hotel and apartment complex including fixtures, furniture and appliances
    3. Repair and maintain heating and ventilation systems
    4. Contribute to renovation projects and upgrades
    5. Perform regular preventive maintenance checks in all areas (rooms and public spaces) and on all equipment
    6. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing, heating, washing machines/dryers, ventilation, electrical and thermal systems.
    1. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
    2. Must be physically fit (able to lift 50-75 lbs)
    3. Must be able to communicate effectively in French / English
      (you will be communicating with an international audience)
    4. Must be able to manage priority tasks in a high-volume environment.
    5. Must be available to work shifts, days, evenings, and weekends.
    6. Customer service skills and experience required.
