- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, iterative development, and experimentation to ensure the ongoing success and evolution of the product portfolio.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including concept ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product development efforts and drive successful product launches.
- Product Prioritization: Prioritize product improvements, features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and resource constraints.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, championing the product vision and value proposition to stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the Fenestration industry.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, manufacturing methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
