    What's the job allabout?

    The role is a hybrid between a digital marketer and contentcurator. With respect to digital marketing, you'll be working on a range ofcampaigns that run the full gamut of the digital marketing playbook, includingpaid search and display, account based marketing, SEO, email and content marketing, which will be driventhrough marketing automation and CRM cloud technology. On the content side, you will have a mix of creating copy for email newsletters,websites and supporting the marketing team with copy for landing pages, digitalads and producing captions for social media content where needed. Additionally,you would also need to be comfortable working directly with our clients to bookmeetings with the knowledge experts and write and create articles and thenpublish online with SEO.

    Requirements

    What kind of skills and experience do you need to have?

    The main technical skills wewould need you to have is the ability to create and manage paid advertisingcampaigns in at least one or two major platforms (Google Search/Display,Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc), some experience executing email marketingcampaigns, some experience measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics, anda general comfort with learning new technologies rapidly.

    In terms of other importantskills, you would need to be comfortable speaking with and listening to clients,being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline, and for juggling morethan one project at a time. It would also be great to hear from candidates withsome experience working within CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot,etc.

    With respect to experience, itwould be great to hear from candidates that have at least a year or two workingin a similar role, but we are also willing to train the right candidate that candemonstrate that they are proficient in the above skill sets and are willing tocommit to filling their gaps in knowledge through some rapid on the jobtraining.

    What's the offer?

    The role is full time, Mon-Fri, based on a standard 7.5 hourwork day. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previouswork experience. We also offer a generous extended health plan, and three weekspaid vacation to start with opportunity to boost up to 4 weeks after completion of first year.

    Our office is located out ofVictoria, BC, and while our preference is to hire locally, we are open tocandidates across Canada as we offer fully remote work. Those who live inVictoria will also have access to our downtown office should they wish to havean office space to go to.
