The primary function of a Mall Supervisor Security Officer is to provide the highest level of security and customer service possible and following all regulations and policies set by the company and clients . Their most important goal is to keep the property, its tenants, visitors, and employees safe and free from harm and to ,mentor Security Guards.**
Required Qualifications and Skills:

A valid BC Security Worker's License is required;
Must Have valid OFA certification or willing to obtain
Previous Retail Security is preferred
Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Must be able to provide compassionate service to the diverse populations
Must be able to follow procedure set our by Clients and Footprints Security
Ability to provide training and mentor our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manor
Topnotch customer service.
A calm demeanor and sound decisionmaking skills;
Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures
Conducts regular walkthroughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc
Strong observation and communication skills
Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;
Able to complete highquality reports
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
Flexible availability Morning ,afternoon and evenings *Must be available weekends* )
