Description

This is a great position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working as part of a small team, and participating in the collaborative process and procedure development.

Responsibilities

Visit customer locations for the purpose of deployment, troubleshooting or service migration where you will be representing XBASE to its customers.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, as necessary.
Educates customers on the use of all related XBASE products and services

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 Years of relevant IT support experience required
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to provide a driver's abstract annually
Ability to work a flexible and rotating work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights as well as oncalls
Ability to multitask and operate independently, with the decisionmaking skills needed to tackle potentially highstress situations

Qualifications Considered Assets

Knowledge of network troubleshooting and network management tools
Technical degree, Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP; Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, Fortinet NSE and/or other networking certifications
Ubuntu and/or CentOS Linux experience

Salary:
$32,000.00-$34,000.00 per year
