    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager with a strong background in construction to lead and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess industry knowledge, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the construction sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various departments.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures specific to the construction industry.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and quality.
    • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the construction market.
    • Ensure alignment of operations with company goals and objectives.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Oversee procurement and resource allocation.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
    • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and service levels.
    • Handle escalated customer issues and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols specific to construction operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or general management role within the construction industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
    • Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
