- Collaborate in the development of an assigned strategic technology project involving Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
- Support planning of design activities from concept to entry into service of clean sheet aircraft
- Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers
- Lead program discussion, meetings and reviews across internal teams as well as partners and suppliers
- Lead closure of phases including Engineering, Operations and Quality to a sufficient level of quality and maturity
- Manage budget/financials for large project
- Work in a leadership role with Operations/Manufacturing/Quality
- Lead Program governance and support creation and delivery of executive updates
- You have a bachelor's degree engineering
- You have 5-8 years of experience in aerospace industry
- Program Management & Operational exposure experience is an asset
- You are autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with strong work ethics
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You can manage multiple projects and tasks
- You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience. You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or Sharepoint
- Knowledge of Siemens Suite (ex. Teamcenter) is an asset
