    In this role, you will:
    • Provide Hydro-Mechanical Engineering support to the Global Final Line Assembly
    • Offer integrated engineered solutions to address design or manufacturing issues affecting final line production
    • Conduct technical engineering analysis of current systems and structural designs to propose improvements via RFC/PCR
    • Offer technical engineering guidance to support functions like Quality, Methods, and Production
    • Review functional test requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into functional tests
    • Collaborate with the product development team on technical proposal activities, including preparing written material and presentations, as well as recommending and reviewing design changes
    • Cultivate strong relationships with various departments within the organization and all suppliers
    As the ideal candidate, you have:
    • A Bachelor of Engineering Degree and eligibility for Professional Engineer registration. Possessing an AME license is an advantage
    • Experience in providing engineering support for a Final Line/Production
    • 8-15 years of experience in aircraft Hydro-Mechanical systems (Fly-By-Wire & Control Surfaces, Wing High Lift, Hydraulics, Landing Gear, Brakes, etc)
    • Familiarity with design, qualification, and certification test requirements of Hydro-Mechanical systems
    • The flexibility to travel
    • Familiarity with Part 25 certification requirements and advisory material
    • Strong integration skills, both in system partner management and technical system integration
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software tools
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a multi-disciplinary team environment
