    Nous recherchons un professionnel de l'ingénierie en conception de structure composite pour rejoindre notre équipe. L'objectif d'un professionnel de l'ingénierie de conception chez Wisk est de s'assurer que vous utilisez votre acuité technique pour conduire les décisions et les objectifs du programme/techniques. Vous ferez partie de l'IPT Structures & Interiors qui est responsable de la configuration structurelle de l'avion, de la conception détaillée et de l'intérieur.We are looking for a Staff Design Engineering Professional to join our team. The goal of a Staff Design Engineering Professional at Wisk is to ensure that you use your technical acumen to drive program/technical decisions and objectives. You will be part of the Structures & Interiors IPT that is responsible for the aircraft structural configuration, detailed design and Interior.

  • Le candidat retenu est respecté dans la communauté de l'ingénierie aérospatiale en tant que leader technique très compétent et expérimenté qui possède une expérience pratique directe du développement et de la construction d'aéronefs certifiés de type, depuis le concept initial jusqu'aux essais en vol et à la certification, avec l'étendue technique nécessaire pour assurer l'interface avec toutes les fonctions d'ingénierie telles que l'ingénierie des systèmes et de la sécurité, le matériel, la fabrication, les essais et la certification. Dans ce rôle, le candidat doit être proactif, tourné vers l'avenir, motivé et capable d'inspirer et d'influencer une équipe d'ingénieurs partageant les mêmes idées.
  • The successful candidate is respected in the aerospace engineering community as a highly knowledgeable and experienced technical leader who has direct hands-on experience developing and building type certified aircraft, from initial concept through flight testing and certification, with the technical breadth necessary to interface with all engineering functions such as Systems & Safety Engineering, Hardware, Manufacturing, Test, and Certification). In this role, the candidate must be proactive, forward thinking, and self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead by influence a team of like-minded engineers.

    • Ce que vous ferez (What you will do):

  • Vous assisterez le responsable de l'IPT Fuselage.
  • Vous dirigerez une équipe d'ingénierie interfonctionnelle.
  • Vous élaborerez, planifierez et harmoniserez les programmes d'action pour le développement des produits.
  • Vous identifierez les problèmes et les risques et proposerez des plans d'action pour les atténuer.
  • Vous évaluerez l'impact des demandes de modification des produits au niveau de l'intégration des structures et fournirez des déclarations d'impact appropriées dans le cadre de l'avancement du programme de modification.
  • Vous dirigerez l'IPT Fuselage dans l'exécution de ses tâches quotidiennes afin de s'assurer que les objectifs de conception et le calendrier sont respectés.
  • Vous soutiendrez l'IPT Fuselage dans la résolution de tout problème d'intégration entre IPT.
  • Vous préparerez, fournirez et présenterez des rapports d'avancement ainsi que des plans d'action à l'appui lors des revues de l'IPT concernée.
  • Vous représenterez le responsable de l'IPT en tant que délégué officiel, le cas échéant, au comité de changement du programme.
  • You will support the Manager of the Fuselage IPT
  • Lead a cross functional engineering team
  • Develop, plan, and harmonizing action plans for product development
  • Identify issues & risks and propose action plans to mitigate
  • Evaluate Product Change Requests for impacts at the Structures Integration level and provide appropriate impact statements into the program change progress
  • Lead the Fuselage IPT in the execution of their daily tasks to ensure design objectives and schedule are being maintained.
  • Support the Fuselage IPT in the resolution of any cross IPT integration issues
  • Prepare, provide, and present progress reports together with supporting action plans to the applicable IPT reviews
  • Represent the manager of the IPT as a formal delegate as required at the program Change Board

    • Votre parcours (What you have done):

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie mécanique ou aérospatiale et avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié à l'aérospatiale.
  • Vous devez être un concepteur expérimenté de stratifiés composites.
  • Vous devez maîtriser CATIA V5 ou NX et Fibre sim.
  • Vous devez avoir une expérience de la conception métallique.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension de toutes les facettes des processus de définition, d'intégration, de sécurité et de certification des systèmes/structures.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du processus de certification des parties 23 et 27.
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière de présentation et de rédaction technique.
  • Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité à travailler avec une supervision limitée, organisation, esprit d'équipe positif, motivation personnelle, souci du client et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Vous devez également faire preuve d'initiative, d'innovation, de leadership, d'un sens aigu des responsabilités et d'intégrité, d'adaptabilité, de bonnes aptitudes à la communication interpersonnelle, d'un bon jugement en matière d'ingénierie et d'une volonté d'obtenir des résultats.
  • You hold a University Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and have a minimum of 8 years experience in aerospace related field.
  • You must be an experienced composite laminate designer
  • You must be proficient in CATIA V5 or NX and Fibre sim
  • You must have metallic design experience
  • You possess a good understanding of all facets of systems/structures definition, integration, safety and certification processes
  • You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • You have a good knowledge of Part 23 & 27 certification process
  • You have good presentation and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, be organized, a positive team player, a self-motivated person, Customer focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • You must also show initiative, innovation, leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, adaptability, have good interpersonal communication skills, have a good engineering judgment, and drive for results.
