Position Highlights

ICBC is hiring a Vehicle Registration Support Representative in our head office in North Vancouver. You will act as a technical

resource working with our internal and external customers to assess their needs and provide guidance and advice, all while

adhering to legal requirements, policies and guidelines related to vehicle registration.

This is a ONE (1) year temporary position. Please note this position will be 100% in office in North Vancouver

Position Requirements

Your scope will include:

Maintaining and updating systems and programs, including entering, editing, and retrieving vehicle registration and licensing

records using computerized databases.

Completing vehicle registration in nonroutine situations in accordance with established policies/procedures.
Researching problems/errors and providing problem/inquiry resolution to complex vehicle registration enquiries.

To make an immediate contribution to the Vehicle Registration team you will bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills that include active listening and the ability to explain applicable policies

and procedures in understandable terms.

Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of ICBC Autoplan products and PolicyCenter system and of the relevant acts and regulations that pertain to motor

vehicle registration and licensing.

Ability to sit for longer periods of time while taking inbound phone calls.

Experience working in a brokerage, insurance and/or call centre environment is definite asset.

This position will report to:
Manager, Specialty Vehicle Registration Services.
