    Description

    We are looking for a Head of DevOps!

    The Head of DevOps role entails collaborating with software developers, system operators, and Customer IT staff members to oversee code releases, break down barriers between different teams, and drive organizational change through DevOps practices.

    • Lead the DevOps team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Develop and execute a holistic DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
    • Maintain existing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
    • Ensure the organization's SaaS infrastructure's management, orchestration, and optimization for high availability, performance, and scalability.
    • Implement robust disaster recovery and data backup strategies to uphold continuous service availability and data integrity.
    • Monitor system performance metrics and adjust architectures for improved responsiveness and efficiency.
    • Oversee security policies and practices across SaaS and managed environments to ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve technical issues affecting customers.
    • Manage the DevOps budget and cloud spend efficiently.
    • Plan resource requirements based on project timelines and expected growth.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of DevOps experience.
    • 3+ years of team management experience.
    • Proficiency in relational databases.
    • As the new Head of DevOps at Cinchy, your focus for the initial 30/60/90 days is:
      • Understanding company culture, team dynamics, processes, and technical infrastructure.
      • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
      • Assessing current DevOps practices, processes, and technologies.
    • Developing a comprehensive DevOps strategy.
    • Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and promote a DevOps culture.
