    Reporting to our Software Development Manager, we are seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to join the Centralized Operations Team (COT). You will be part of a team of engineers developing CI/CD pipelines in a cloud infrastructure setting. Your role involves establishing infrastructure and pipeline monitoring, ensuring uninterrupted high-quality experiences on the CI pipelines. Your expertise in orchestration platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, configuration management tools, and overall experience in cloud platform service development will be invaluable.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain tools for the CI pipeline to consistently deliver value
    • Contribute to constructing a solid and dependable cloud infrastructure platform
    • Suggest innovative solutions, balancing system durability and fresh concepts
    • Develop and advocate best practices to fellow engineers
    • Participate as an individual contributor and a collaborative team member

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/Developer
    • Experience in implementing DevOps infrastructure (CI/CD, automation, IaC)
    • Proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure and services (Azure or AWS)
    • Solid expertise in Python or similar scripting languages
    • Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
    • Strong Git/GitHub knowledge
    • Demonstrated ability to design clear and straightforward solutions

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (NewRelic, Splunk, ELK)
    • Experience with configuration/provisioning tools (e.g., Vagrant, Ansible, Chef)
    • Familiarity with virtualization/containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS)
    • Experience with artifact and package management systems (e.g., Artifactory, NuGet)
    • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one component of Autodesk's competitive compensation scheme. Remuneration offers are determined by the candidate's experience and geographical location.
