    Position: Branch Operations Assistant at ScotiaMcLeod

    As a cornerstone in Scotia Wealth Management, ScotiaMcLeod is known for integrity and excellent service. You'll have the opportunity to provide client-centric wealth management services and work with a team of specialists to deliver total wealth planning.

    With over a century of experience, ScotiaMcLeod offers proactive investment advice and innovative solutions to Canadian investors. As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will support the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

    Is This Role Right For You

    In this role, you will:

    • Manage daily administrative operations
    • Ensure compliance standards are met
    • Assist with implementing procedures
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients
    • Process client documentation
    • Maintain branch efficiency

    Do You Have the Skills

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Financial industry experience preferred
    • Strong organizational abilities
    • Effective written and oral communication
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems
