    As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

    IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

    In this role, you will:

    • Contribute to daily administrative branch operations
    • Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards
    • Assist in implementing procedures to comply with policies and regulations
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for arriving clients
    • Handle client cheques and documentation
    • Manage non-online account activities and shareholder communications
    • Maintain branch efficiency
