- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow AUM and revenue on Manulife Investment Management's most important clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling and upselling investment products and services.
- Lead on business planning and develop robust account plans for our key clients.
- Develop a strong framework and approach for senior leadership engagement leveraging existing resources such as the World Economic Forum and the Geneva Association.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on strategic partnerships and business development.

- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence key decision-makers - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment concepts to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop customized investment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Manulife Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow assets under management (AUM) and revenue across our most important clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the investment management industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. This is a global role and the successful candidate could be based out of North America, Europe or Asia. The role is responsible for developing our institutional business.
