    We're at the forefront of developing a new software category that bridges the gap between performance marketers and creative teams, offering fast, visual reporting for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.

    This enables teams to decipher what works and why, with Motion already being the choice for analyzing over $5B in media spend by leading ecomm and DTC brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer's Dog, and HexClad.

    You'll be responsible for building out our partner program from 0.The ideal outcome is a repeatable process has been developed resulting in a predictable partner-sourced-pipeline target.

    Priority will be placed on building a creative agency partner program, but future evolution could include: Work with the Head of Business Development to iron out details of our partner program

    • You're a 0 to 1 person and love start ups. These are all questions you're inspired to answer and build solutions for.
    • Superior relationship builder who is immediately trustworthy (will be the face of Motion in many scenarios events, webinars, etc.)
    • Fully remote team with incredible offsites and retreats to build camaraderie.
