Key Responsibilities


Represent Enercare in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.

Answer phone calls and tend to internal and external customers' requests.

Handle customer escalations by ensuring that their problems get resolved and their issues addressed at the right level.

Continuously monitor the board to prevent anomalies and ensuring that each work order is completed from start to finish.

Forecast for peak seasons, or temperatures hitting sub-zero levels or heatwaves. Making sure that there are enough resources as per requirement.

Handle escalations with preventative measures before it turns into an Office Of The President complaint.

Clean up the queues as it pertains to the Workload Planning Department.

Understand the area of jurisdiction and guaranteeing each technician has the shortest route possible to decrease mileage.

Help customers by giving them the 'Best Advice' with their HVAC needs.

Contribute to business growth by effectively allocating workload to technicians.

Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Be willing and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and standby duties as required.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.

Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Must have outstanding customer service skills.

Must have experienced with dealing with customer escalations over the phone or in person.

Very punctual and dependable.
