    Description

    Our client is searching for a Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal department. They need someone experienced in handling large complex commercial contracts through drafting and negotiation, with a focus on SaaS agreements. The successful candidate will receive full support for enhancing their technical and commercial skills, as well as opportunities for growth within the team.



    Remote Working Opportunity:

    The main office is located in London, and they are open to candidates coming into the office two to three days a week, with the option for more frequent in-office work if desired.



    The ideal candidate will:
    • Be a qualified solicitor with significant experience in drafting and negotiating large complex commercial contracts (preferably SaaS agreements)
    • Have 4 - 8 years PQE
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commercial/business mindset
    • Join a highly respected in-house legal team working on engaging, multi-jurisdictional projects

    The client believes that candidates with 4 to 8 years PQE are well-suited for this role, but they are open to considering applications from candidates outside this range who have the necessary experience.
